As a full owner, you can enjoy your villa as much as you desire, with the flexibility of adding it to the Rental Program when you plan to be elsewhere. You can also offer it in exchange for stays at other world-class vacation properties.
Each one-quarter share assures co-owners a minimum of three months per year, including a five-week winter block, four-week summer block and four week fall block. As an owner, you may reserve additional time on a space-available basis through the Platinum Concierge program.
An equitable system is in place that rotates co-owner date selection priority levels. For example, the co-owner who has priority one in the winter, two in the summer and three in the fall in a given year will have priority two in the winter, three in the summer and one in the fall in the following year.
Each one-quarter-share co-owner has the right to request up to a maximum of one month from each of the three seasons. Once annual selections have been assigned, internal exchanges may be made on an availability basis.
Other ownership shares available range from one-eighth-share minimum (6.5 weeks) to full ownership.
